MicroShift 5. The classic studio trick for super wide vocals - with a powerful new twist.
Need some width for your backing vocals? Want to make a solo guitar or a bigger-than-life synth sound? MicroShift offers three different flavors of a classic stereo magnification trick at the push of a button. It uses a special time-varying pitch and delay recipe to create rich stereo width. It's incredibly simple to use and perfect for spicing up important instruments or subtly mixing background vocals in a mix.
Hardware Vibe
We designed MicroShift to get it right. the vibrancy of sought-after hardware pitch shifters like the Eventide H3000 (which featured algorithms originally developed by Soundtoys founders) and the AMS DMX 15-80s. MicroShift captures the quirks of the originals, including saturation and even the different deglitching algorithms used by these units. Now you can get the big, wide sound of the original hardware with a simple nd refined interface that makes getting tried and tested sounds faster and easier than ever.
Expanded Features
Although MicroShift is extremely simple to use, we also let you fine-tune the width character you are adding to your tracks. Change the amount of variable delay with the Delay control. Adjust the amount of micro pitch shift with the Detune control. And the Focus control lets you sculpt low and mid frequencies that can make some tracks sound murky.
A Little Taste is All You Need< /b>
When you buy MicroShift, you also get our original mini version of the effect, Little MicroShift. And it's anything but little. It adds width, space and spread to any track, just like its big brother, but with a simple three-button and one-button interface. Perfect when you want want to add width to a track without clutter.
