Classic Kaleidoscopes is the cumulative result of more than half a century of recorded music. We've handpicked favorite analog effects from legendary times - '60s phasing and ribbon flanging, '70s tremolo guitar vibes, '80s chorus - instilling the truest analog tones into the DNA of kaleidoscopes.

But we're not just satisfied with serving Class A effects. Kaleidoscopes Dual Cascade architecture offers two FX engines that you can serially "cascade" into each other for unique effects or run in parallel for soundscapes super wide.
On each of the two engines, you can choose a selection of waveforms or any sidechain signal from your DAW session to be the modulation input. You can even select your performance as input, allowing your live performance to control the sound in real time and direct the pulse of the effect.
You have control over the speed, resonance, width and depth of the modulation, plus of filter settings and mix knobs for extreme versatility. You can also choose from 5 different effect “characters” for different analog flavors and time-sync the modulation effect to your DAW session to keep things consistent every time you reopen your music.
Imagine a chorus being fed into a tremolo, modulated by an external input signal. Or try a randomly modulated slow flanger running in parallel with an aggressive tempo-sync phaser. Let the kaleidoscope effects dance with each other and you'll hear refracted sounds in amazing colors and shapes you can hardly imagine.
Because we built this for musicians as well as producers and engineers, we added THRU mode to that stompbox sound so loved with the dry signal on one channel and the wet signal on the other. Guitar players, have fun ;)
Smart triggering: trigger textures with your touch
With its innovative trigger section, Kaleidoscopes becomes an extension of your musical thoughts - a true creative partner. By defining input-sensitive envelopes and adjusting smart triggers, you let the two effects “hear” their playback and respond dynamically, expressing nuances of emotion and feeling.
With this section turned on, Kaleidoscopes becomes one custom musical instrument, modifying its character in real time. Imagine the precise pitch of the effects or the time delay rippling and oscillating based on how loud or light, how fast or slow you sing or play.
