A new approach
Instead of conventionally splitting the entire spectrum with crossovers, the Pro-MB lets you directly create a new band in the frequency range you want to work on. Think of bands, not crossovers.
The multi-band interactive screen clearly shows that the rest of the spectrum remains untouched. And, if you wish, you can easily join bands together to recreate a traditional crossover system.
Lifesavers and time savers
The FabFilter Pro-MB features a unique dynamic phase processing mode. It has pretty much the same frequency response as traditional multiband processing, but it doesn't introduce latency or pre-touch and only introduces small phase shifts when the gain actually changes. Of course, we've also included an excellent linear phase mode and a traditional minimum phase mode.
