Divergent Audio Zero 1 Synth
virtual analog synthesizer, tube and tape processed oscillators, switchable filter emulations, editable instrument patches and layered multi patches
Zero-1 is a virtual analog synthesizer inspired by the classic CS01 monosynth but with a distinct twist. Instead of simply sampling the original oscillators, Zero-1 passes them through a tube overdrive and Watkins Copicat tape delay, injecting a significant amount of character and movement to the sound. This unique processing creates a rich and vibrant sonic palette, perfect for sound design and vintage-inspired music production.
Key Features:
Tube and Tape Processed Oscillators: Five waveforms (triangle, sawtooth, square, and pulse width modulation) are multi-sampled in 24-bit after being processed through a tube overdrive and tape delay, resulting in a warm, saturated, and dynamic sound.
Switchable Filter Emulations: Choose between 12dB/oct and 24dB/oct filter emulations, replicating the original CS01 Mk I and Mk II variants, adding further sonic flexibility.
40 Editable Instrument Patches and 10 Layered Multi Patches: Get started quickly with a collection of diverse presets and explore the layering capabilities for creating complex and powerful sounds.
Requires Kontakt 4.2.4 or Higher: Please note that Zero-1 requires the full version of Kontakt 4.2.4 or later and is not compatible with Kontakt Player.
With its unique sound character, flexible features, and comprehensive library, Zero-1 is a valuable tool for musicians and producers seeking to add a distinctive and vintage-inspired flavor to their music.
