Choir EVO
Choir is an original voice processor that transforms a single monophonic voice into a lush choir of 4, 8, 16, 32 or distinct individual unison voices each one with its own pitch, timing and vibrato variations.
CHOIR works its magic with just a few simple controls. Chorus Size allows you to select the number of individual voices that will be generated from the original voice. The Vibrato Variation, Pitch Variation, and Tempo Variation controls let you control the amount of subtle variation applied to each of the generated Voices. Finally, the Stereo Spread control lets you spread the voices across the stereo field.
CHOIR is the perfect tool to quickly and easily turn a single voice into a group of voices , each with its own character. When multiple instances of CHOIR Evo are assigned to individual harmony parts, the result is an incredibly realistic large vocal ensemble.
Chorus Size
This control allows you to select the number of individual voices that will be generated from the original voice. Choices are 4, 8, 16 and 32 voices.
Vibrato Range
The Vibrato control allows you to select the range of variation in the depth of vibrato applied to the generated voices. Each voice is individually assigned a variation of vibrato from the original voice.
Pitch Variation
The Variation of Pitch control Pitch lets you select the range of random variation in pitch applied to each generated voice. Each voice is individually assigned a pitch variation from the original voice.
Variation
The Variation of Tempo control tempo lets you select the range of random variation in tempo applied to each generated voice. Each voice is individually assigned a time variation from the original voice.
Stereo Spread
This control selects until point the generated voices are spread across the stereo spectrum. At setting 0, all voices appear in the center of the stereo sound stage. As the value increases, the voices spread out from the center until, at their maximum value, they appear across the entire stereo sound stage.
