Tonewheel Heavyweight Organ
The B-3 V offers the most authentic rotary speaker organ experience you'll find, plus open-top customizations new creative opportunities.
Monarch of electronic organs, the rich B3 sound has long been a staple of jazz, gospel, rock, reggae and R&B - not to mention professional studios everywhere - there's more half a century. Its electromagnetic tonewheel design provided a robust quality not found in later transistor organs. Our faithful homage includes an authentic rotary speaker and a variety of stomp speakers, plus inspirational upgrades like analog circuit mods and drawbar modulation for new animated and syncopated effects.
Majestic Sound
The B-3 V delivers the sound of undisputed organ royalty - roadies are not needed.
No other organ has conquered the keyboardists' heart, spanning so many genres and years. It had the subtlety of jazz in the hands of artists like Jimmy Smith, Joey Defrancesco and John Medeski. It had the grace of the gospel, as demonstrated by Elbernita "Twinkie" Clark and Cory Henry. He had the energy to drive reggae behind artists like Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff, and the soul of James Brown and Sly Stone. Most visibly, he had the raw power to stand in a world of rock as diverse as ELP, Santana, Yes, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, The Allman Brothers, and Blood, Sweet and Tears.
Whether you're playing solo, in a group or in a mix, the Arturia B-3 V lets you cover organ parts of any genre using the sound and feel of the real thing.
Unrivaled Authenticity
Even if you already own a virtual organ...
you should give it a try o B-3 V.
There are organs and there are B3s. There are B3 and B-3 V. emulations of Arturia. Where most other attempts are based on samples that capture only some of the qualities, we created the B-3V using the same critically acclaimed modeling technology that distinguishes our entire V collection of classic instruments. We've put the same attention to detail on the included rotary speaker as well.
When you can have the best, why settle for something less?< /b>
Even better with age
The B-3 V improves into a classic, with everything you need in an organ frame and more built-in.
Rotating speakers have become an essential part of wheel organ sound, by that of course we include one. We've also included a classic "twin" guitar amp, but why stop there? We've also included a range of beautifully modeled effects for you to recreate these classic combinations, plus a convolution reverb for placing your organ in real acoustic spaces or processing them with vintage reverb.
Since this instrument is created on your computer with modeling, you can modify the features of fixed analog circuits previously, such as clicking the button. Our most radical enhancement is the addition of a modulation section to automate the movement of drawbars using envelopes, LFOs and step sequencers, allowing you to infuse your music with new animated textures.
With its combination of faithful realism and new mods, the B-3 V offers you whether you're playing standards, rock classics or pioneering a new music scene.
