Aspire
ASPIRE is the world's first tool to modify the breathiness of a voice independently of its harmonic content, allowing you to combine vocal quality with a style of performance, decreasing or increasing the natural breathiness of the voice.
ASPIRE analyzes a vocal in real time and separates the aspiration (breath) noise from the harmonic content. It then lets you adjust the amount of suction noise and affect its character independently by applying a parametric EQ to the noise component. ASPIRE EVO also includes a real-time display that lets you see the effect of aspiration noise processing.
Whether it's reducing some vocal noise or adding some smoke, ASPIRE lets you modify the quantity and quality of the breathiness of the voice or of the aspiration noise, without affecting the harmonic characteristics of the vocal.
What the ASPIRE does it?
Simply, the ASPIRE analyzes a vocal in real time and separates the aspiration (breath) noise component from the harmonic content. It then allows you to increase or decrease the amount of aspiration noise, as well as affect the character of the aspiration noise by applying a parametric EQ to the noise component.Noise
The suction noise comes in many ways, from a subtle sigh to a full rasp. Obviously, whether it's a problem or not depends on the amount of noise and the style of a presentation. A lot of roughness that would work well for root punk or blues screams can be a problem for mainstream pop or a soft ballad (of course, it can't either). Until now, there wasn't much you could do about it. Now, with ASPIRE EVO , exists. The main features of ASPIRE include:
The ability to combine vocal quality with a performance style, decreasing or increasing the natural breathiness of the voiceA parametric equalizer band to modify the quality of the vocal aspiration noise component
A real-time display that allows you to visualize the effect of aspiration noise processing
