Jose HernandezJosé Hernández Pastor is a singer specializing in early music, using his voice as a counter-composer. He is considered a singer with a magnificent expression and a truly beautiful voice.
Born in Valencia in 1974 and joined the Schola Cantorum d'Algemesí in 1979 as a singer, where he began his musical studies with Diego Ramón I Lluch . In 1995, he graduated as a piano teacher at the Official School of Music in Valencia.
As a young man, he has been directed by Jordi Savall, Dominique Vellard, Joshua Rifkin and many others.
In his successful career as a counter-composer, José has performed many concerts throughout Europe, such as at the Kölner Philarmonie, the Vienna Konzerthaus and the Spanish National Auditorium.
In 1988, he and Ariel Abramovich (vihuela) founded the duet "El Cortesano", achieving great success
